What is Pregnancy Yoga?
Pregnancy Yoga is a safe and beautiful way of preparing both the mind and body for each stage of pregnancy as well as birth. Within the class you will experience the benefits of many yoga poses, adapted and created especially for the body during each stage of the antenatal period. The sessions will include a range of breathing techniques that can be used at all stages of pregnancy as well muscle strengthening poses that will help you take the best care of yourself and baby during this time.
What are the benefits of Pregnancy Yoga?
Apart from maintaining a healthy body during each stage of pregnancy, pregnancy yoga is a time for you to pause, a time for you and your baby to connect. In group classes there is also the opportunity to share and connect with expectant mothers and feel a real sense of community during this wonderful experience.
